Returns

  • To return the goods to us, all you need to do is pack everything up securely in its original packaging, email us (help@tippaws.com) and we will send you a returns label
  • Please remember to get proof of postage
  • Because of the nature of our products, unless an item is faulty, we can only accept returns of unsealed and undamaged goods
  • Unless the goods we have supplied are faulty or your are purchasing for the first time and taking advantage of our money back guarantee, you must pay the costs of returning the goods to us - please see below for details
  • We offer multiple ways to return your product: from parcel drop off shops, to locker drop offs or collections. Please email us to find out your options depending on what you have ordered and where you live
  • In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, please email us on help@tippaws.com

Cost of Returns

  • How much you pay for a return will depend on what you've ordered, but usually the cost of the return itself is between £5 and £12. We pay half the cost of the return, so you will generally pay between £2.50 and £6 to return your products (unless they are damaged, faulty or you're using our money back guarantee, in which case we waive the return fee)

Refunds

  • If you are returning a faulty product, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods, including delivery costs (if applicable), by the method you used for payment.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item, we will refund you the price paid for the goods, including delivery costs (if applicable), by the method you used for payment. However, as mentioned above, you will be responsible for payment of the return
  • We will make any refunds due to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the goods back to us.
